Jr Scrum Master

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Jr Scrum Master

Position type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

Location:- 3 days onsite role at Charlotte, NC

As a Jr Scrum Master, you will

Details: Need junior candidate with 2–3 years of hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Must Haves

• 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
• Remove blockers and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed backlog.
• Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range*: $35- $38 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
