Entry Level Sales Account Executive (Sports-Minded)

About the Role

We’re looking for a competitive, goal-driven Entry Level Sales Account Executive who thrives in a performance-based environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a sports mindset—team-oriented, disciplined, and motivated to win. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with business clients, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that drive value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing business clients
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate products/services
• Generate leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
