Technical Project Manager - Security Programs

This position offers a unique opportunity to act as a Technical Project Manager, driving new execution on multiple programs and projects within the Security functional area. The role requires a strong management background with experience in enterprise security programs, including Privilege Access Management and network segmentation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Technical Project Management throughout the project lifecycle
• Own project execution and manage resources aligned with project goals
• Act as Scrum Master, leading teams through full execution
• Conduct all scrum ceremonies and manage scrum deliverables
• Provide project updates as defined by the ITS Project Management Team
• Create and maintain ITS Project Management artifacts (Project Charter, Project Plan, etc.)
• Ensure readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder management
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings for status updates and problem resolution
• Manage project scope in collaboration with Business Champion and Product Owner
• Ensure quality of deliverables by collaborating with relevant stakeholders
• Serve as the single point of contact for the project
• Manage all project workstreams and report to management and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing enterprise security programs
• Advanced education in a relevant field is a plus
• Strong background in project management and Agile methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
