SAP SRM / Ariba / MM Functional Consultant

Position: SAP SRM / Ariba / MM Functional ConsultantLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Employment: ContractWe are looking for an experienced SAP SRM / Ariba / MM Functional Consultant to support procurement and materials management processes.

The consultant will work closely with business users to analyze requirements, configure SAP solutions, and improve end-to-end procurement operations including sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, inventory management, and Ariba‑SAP integration.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement and materials management
• Configure and support SAP SRM, SAP Ariba, and SAP MM modules
• Manage procurement processes such as:strategic sourcingsupplier onboarding and supplier managementpurchase requisitionspurchase orderscontractsinvoicing and approvals
• Support inventory management and purchasing operations within SAP MMWork on Ariba‑SAP integration and ensure smooth data flow between systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and end users
• Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production support
• Provide user training, process documentation, and functional specifications
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in procurement functions

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP SRM, SAP Ariba, and SAP MMGood understanding of procurement lifecycle and materials management
• Hands‑on experience in:sourcingpurchasinginventory processes
• Ariba integration with SAP ERP/S4HANAExperience in functional configuration, testing, and support
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
