Contractor Growth Network is a digital marketing agency for high-end residential remodeling and design-build contractors. We run SEO, content, and digital strategy for contractors who want a predictable pipeline of qualified leads. We're a 15-person team, and the work gets measured.
We're hiring a Leads & SEO Analyst to sit at the intersection of SEO execution and lead performance analysis. You'll handle the day-to-day SEO work that keeps our clients' sites performing — and you'll dig into the data to understand why leads are or aren't coming in, flagging what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
This is a fully internal role. You'll work closely with our SEO Strategist, Client Success Managers, and the broader Client Delivery team. No client calls — just focused execution and sharp analysis.
SEO Execution
Lead Performance Analysis
2–4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing analytics, or paid media — ideally with exposure to both execution and reporting. You work well independently, manage multiple clients without dropping details, and know how to turn data into a clear story.
Experience in home services, remodeling, or contractor marketing is a plus.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28217
