I'm partnering with a prestigious national law firm that's continuing to grow its Real Estate Finance practice in Charlotte.

What You'll Work On

You'll advise clients on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including:

• Commercial Real Estate Finance
• CMBS Transactions
• Loan Origination & Financing Transactions
• Drafting & Negotiating Loan and Finance Documents
• Due Diligence & Transaction Management
• Working Closely with Lenders, Borrowers & Institutional Clients

You don't need experience in every area above. If you've built a solid foundation in commercial real estate finance and have experience in one or more of these areas, I'd still encourage you to get in touch.

What We're Looking For

• 2–7 years of commercial real estate finance experience
• CMBS experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
• A motivated attorney looking to continue developing their practice
• Active North Carolina Bar admission (or eligibility)
