Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide professional support to customers while ensuring a positive service experience. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships.

The Customer Service Officer will assist with customer inquiries, coordinate service requests, and support daily operations to help maintain high-quality customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding company services and processes
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinate customer service requests with internal departments
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of requests
• Support administrative activities related to customer service operations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required
