• Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects including literacy, math, science, social studies, and physical education.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs, including students with special education requirements and those with autism.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress regularly by analyzing performance data and standardized testing results to inform instruction and provide targeted support.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and educational technology integration to enhance instructional quality.
• Communicate proactively with parents through conferences, reports, and updates to foster strong home-school partnerships.

Pay: $46,732.58 - $60,000.00 per year
