Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to help launch our brand-new hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to build a housekeeping team, establish operational standards, and create an exceptional guest experience from opening day.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the daily operation of guest room cleaning, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces.
• Inspect guest rooms and hotel areas to ensure Hilton brand standards are consistently achieved.
• Create daily work assignments and staffing schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
• Monitor inventory of linens, guest supplies, and cleaning products, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Partner with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to quickly resolve guest requests and room status issues.
• Maintain department budgets, labor productivity, and quality standards.
• Assist with pre-opening activities including setting housekeeping standards, organizing storerooms, and preparing the hotel for a successful opening.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment required.
• Experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, inventory management, and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Hilton experience is a plus but not required.
