Experienced Engineer - Core Technologies 💰 Salary: $52,000 - 89,000 per year

📝 Rquirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• Some experience in general maintenance, including surface preparation and painting
• Familiarity with hotel engineering or maintenance is advantageous
• No prior supervisory experience needed

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Attend to and respond to guest repair requests promptly
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance-related issues
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment in kitchen and mechanical areas
• Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines
• Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves for all utilities
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed
• Document daily activities and communicate any issues to other shifts
• Display basic knowledge in air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and energy conservation
• Carry out surface preparation, painting, and minor repairs such as drywall and wood trim
• Test and troubleshoot equipment, plumbing, and electrical components
• Program TVs and assist with housekeeping and inventory duties
• Follow safety and security policies; report hazards and injuries
• Ensure a professional appearance and demeanor
• Build positive relationships within the team and support common goals
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary
• Complete other reasonable duties as assigned
