Operations Associate

Our client, a global automotive manufacturer, is seeking an Operations Associate to support business operations through data management, project coordination, customer support, inventory management, and administrative functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience looking to build a career in business operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and maintain operational data
• Prepare reports and communicate information to business teams
• Support project implementation and system deployments
• Assist with inventory and asset management
• Process service requests and customer inquiries
• Track issues and maintain documentation
• Support procurement and pricing research
• Coordinate equipment installations and relocations
• Monitor operational metrics and prepare reports
• Assist with audits and compliance documentation
• Support project managers with administrative activities
• Maintain policies, procedures, and operational records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service experience is a plus
