Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI

Required Experience

• 7+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Experience building and deploying AI agents in production using RAG, function calling, tool integration, MCP (or similar), and workflow orchestration.
• Strong background in AI product delivery, discovery, roadmap, backlog management, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience analyzing business processes (SOPs, workflows, process mining) and converting them into AI-driven automation solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, scalable AI platforms, and reusable AI frameworks.
• Ability to define KPIs, build ROI models, and drive business value.
• Banking or Financial Services experience, with exposure to operations, risk, compliance, or controls preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI products from discovery to production.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflow automation for banking operations.
• Partner with business, engineering, operations, and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build reusable AI agents, prompt libraries, and orchestration frameworks.
• Drive AI adoption, governance, and enterprise-wide capability development.
