Parton Law, PLLC is a civil litigation firm representing businesses, professionals, property owners, and individuals in complex disputes throughout North Carolina. We are committed to providing strategic, resolution-focused counsel while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional legal services.
We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join our Civil Litigation Team. The successful candidate will have experience drafting legal documents, strong legal research and writing skills, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

The Junior Associate Attorney will serve as a Second or Third Chair attorney on litigation matters and will work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy, manage cases, and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
In this role, the attorney will be responsible for managing day-to-day case activity under the supervision of the First Chair attorney while maintaining a thorough understanding of assigned matters, including procedural posture, deadlines, legal issues, and strategic objectives.
The attorney will assist in developing and executing case strategy, communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, expert witnesses, and other litigation vendors, and ensure matters are handled efficiently and proactively.
The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and writing abilities and be capable of independently conducting legal research and analysis involving statutes, regulations, case law, and procedural rules.
The attorney will be expected to draft and revise a wide range of litigation documents, including complaints, answers, counterclaims, motions, discovery requests and responses, demand letters, position statements, and other documents necessary to advance the client's objectives and support the firm's litigation practice.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
