Account Executive - Staffing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new client relationships through strategic business development.
• Generate new business opportunities within professional staffing.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through contract execution.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver qualified talent to clients.
• Expand existing client accounts through cross-selling and upselling staffing solutions.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates within the CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in staffing sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven success selling IT staffing, professional staffing, or workforce solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience working with enterprise clients, MSPs, or direct clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Stable employment history with consistent career progression.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
