📝 Rquirements

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET; prior experience with production .NET applications is essential
• Experience with ASP.NET for web application development
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle, with the capability to write and optimize SQL queries
• Experience in designing, building, and utilizing REST APIs
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, including the DOM API and Web APIs
• Familiarity with HTTP, HTTP/2, and contemporary browser APIs
• Strong comprehension of application-level design patterns, with the capability to break down complex problems into manageable parts
• Experience with application frameworks and libraries
• Comfortable working within an established codebase, including reading, improving, and expanding existing code rather than solely focusing on new projects
• Keen attention to detail and a consistent follow-through on commitments
• Ability to manage multiple priority projects without losing focus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teammates and clients
• Professional demeanor suitable for client interactions; comfortable in occasional customer-facing situations
• Self-motivated while effectively collaborating with team members, including the thoughtful application of newer tools like AI to enhance productivity

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Design, develop, test, and implement new features for our ERP, internal platforms, and customer-facing applications
• Maintain and improve current code, including addressing bugs, enhancing performance, and refactoring legacy components
• Build and uphold APIs and integrate our internal systems with external client, carrier, and vendor platforms
• Engage in code review processes and technical design discussions
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that aligns with team standards
• Diagnose production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them promptly
• Occasionally meet with clients alongside account or project leads to gather requirements, present technical solutions, or support implementations
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation for both internal teams and external audiences
