Key Responsibilities

• Customer-Centric Approach: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with printing, graphic design, and shipping needs.
• Graphic Design Mastery: Utilize your creative prowess to offer graphic design solutions for various products, including business cards, promotional materials, and custom prints.
• Print Expertise: Operate and maintain print equipment, ensuring quality output for customer orders.
• Flexible Scheduling: Accommodate a flexible work schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
• Sales Enthusiast: Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling opportunities, and promoting additional services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, with a focus on print and graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• High energy and a positive, can-do attitude.
