Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers effectively.
• Achieve and exceed daily call and sales targets set by management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
• Engage in self-assessment to identify areas for personal growth.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor during all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.
• Adapt to changes in processes and procedures as needed.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Eagerness to participate in training and self-development programs.
• Experience working in a results-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to document interactions accurately and maintain records.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
• Team collaboration skills to share best practices effectively.
