About the Role
The Graphic Designer (AI-Enabled) is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand digital and physical visual assets needed company-wide. Working closely with the Project Manager, Operations & Marketing, this person turns marketing requests into polished, ready-to-publish materials–using Canva, AI tools, or the most efficient tools available to them on a consistent, dependable cadence.
This is an execution-focused role: priorities, deadlines, and brand direction are set in partnership with the special marketing initiatives the Founder has already initially outlined, and the Graphic Designer + Marketing Operations hire will provide the design expertise and craft to bring those priorities to life.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, neighborhood retail maps, signage, email blasts, and the Ojas Capabilities Deck
- Create social graphics for Instagram and LinkedIn, aligned with brand guidelines and the content calendar
- Build and maintain Canva templates and leverage AI within each tool for recurring needs (email blasts, flyers, maps, social posts)
- Execute design requests submitted via Asana, meeting agreed turnaround times and flagging capacity issues proactively and using Ai to speed up processes, execution speed, and accuracy
- Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all client-facing and internal materials
- Update neighborhood retail maps across all Ojas markets (GA and TN) on a defined regular cadence, coordinating directly with operations and brokers for accuracy before publishing. For custom deliverables (involving maps or other materials), this may call for proactively familiarizing yourself with individual neighborhoods prior to creation and assisting with assembling data for graphic design deliverables
- Join regular check-ins with the operations team to review priorities, feedback, and upcoming needs
- Organize and maintain design files and assets in the firm's Canva environment for easy handoff, editing, and reuse when relevant
- Update company website to ensure fresh content (i.e. press) is visually presented across our brand
Marketing Operations
- Own and continuously improve the firm's marketing operations process, including asset management, template maintenance, content calendars, and recurring workflows across email blasts, LinkedIn, Instagram, flyers, maps, and signage.
- Manage the firm's Canva environment, including folder organization, template creation and updates, and access permissions.
- Create a system for (and then maintain and update) neighborhood retail maps across all Ojas markets on (minimum) quarterly cadence; coordinate with brokers and designers to ensure accuracy and visual consistency.
- Coordinate marketing requests from brokers and the Founder, triaging priorities and managing timelines in Asana.
- Assist in preparing and updating the Ojas Capabilities Deck and other firm marketing materials as directed by Founder
- Develop and maintain SOPs for all recurring marketing workflows, including processes for brokers and internal ops.
- Proactively leverage approved, company provided automation and AI-driven tools (i.e. Gemini, Claude, etc) for research, drafting, and analysis to enhance accuracy, deepen understanding, increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve operational processes.
- Manage the Ojas Instagram account, including posting, story management, and brand engagement.
