Work From Home Travel Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Help organize accommodations, transportation, tours, cruises, and vacation experiences
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, and booking documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences, itinerary updates, and reservation information
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the travel planning process
• Research destinations, travel options, and supplier offerings to support client needs
• Monitor travel arrangements and assist with updates or adjustments when necessary
• Follow established systems, procedures, and best practices to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in the United States, Latin America, Spain, the United Kingdom, or Australia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Comfortable learning and utilizing online platforms, digital tools, and web-based systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, administration, or client support is beneficial but not required
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
