Associate - Antitrust
Our Practice.
Our Antitrust Practice Group provides sophisticated, efficient, business-oriented and client-focused advice and advocacy related to compliance with and enforcement of the antitrust laws. Our attorneys represent clients across a full spectrum of antitrust matters ranging from providing counsel in the context of transactions to defending them in government investigations and litigation proceedings.
We understand and help clients navigate the antitrust risks associated with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures and guide those transactions through review by federal antitrust agencies. Clients depend on us to analyze the antitrust risks of proposed transactions and find solutions for avoiding or minimizing those risks.
In addition, we guide clients on complying with the antitrust laws in day-to-day business activities, such as pricing, sales and distribution practices as well as designing and implementing effective antitrust compliance programs.
Our team brings years of litigation experience representing clients in federal and state antitrust matters, class actions, multidistrict litigation, jury and bench trials, and third party witness testimony.

Our Chicago, Nashville, and Washington, D.C. offices are seeking an associate attorney with two (2) to six (6) years of dedicated antitrust experience. A combination of prior government agency and private law firm experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a developed commitment to client service, excellent research and writing skills and be interested in working collaboratively across multiple offices.
Salary for this position, if located in our Chicago or Washington, D.C. offices, will be in the range of $235,000-$390,000. This is a salary range and actual salary will be determined based on the experience of the candidate. Healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, are available to benefits-eligible employees and their benefits-eligible dependents.

Associate - Real Estate Litigation

Our Real Estate Litigation team represents clients in high-stakes disputes involving commercial real estate transactions, development projects, and property rights. We work with owners, developers, landlords, tenants, and investors to resolve complex conflicts that arise when real estate deals, projects, or partnerships do not go as planned.
Our matters often sit at the intersection of real estate and complex commercial litigation, requiring strong litigation skills and a practical understanding of the real estate and construction industry. As the practice continues to grow, we are seeking a litigation associate to help support and expand this work.

We are seeking a litigation associate with one (1) to three (3) years of experience to join our Nashville office. Prior experience with real estate, construction, or environmental litigation is a plus, but it is not required.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent litigator with strong research, writing, and analytical skills who is interested in developing a practice focused on real estate and related commercial disputes.
Associates in this role will work closely with partners on a wide variety of matters, including disputes involving purchase and sale agreements, easements, boundary disputes, title issues, development projects, construction matters, financing arrangements, and commercial lease disputes.
Associates will have meaningful responsibility on matters, opportunities for direct client interaction, and significant involvement in case strategy. The associate may also support the firm’s broader commercial litigation practice as needed.
Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
