What you’ll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including pneumatic and digital controls.
• Oversee seasonal system transitions and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Work with programmable logic controls to monitor and adjust system settings remotely.
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain equipment with care.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum Age: 21
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial or residential HVAC.
• Certifications: Universal refrigeration certification (required); trade license (preferred). CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Other: A valid Tennessee driver’s license and clean driving record are a must.
