Position Overview

The Director of Sales Delivery is a hybrid sales and operational leadership role responsible for driving performance, strategy, and scalability across outsourced sales teams supporting multiple clients.

This position will coach and develop sales managers, account executives (AEs), and business development representatives (BDRs) to consistently hit or exceed performance targets, focused on both inbound and outbound lead generation, pipeline growth, and closing sales. This leader will own client success outcomes across the customer life cycle to deliver operational excellence with onboarding, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 3–5 Sales Managers and their teams to consistently achieve top performance, surpassing goals, and building a winning culture.
• Drives team performance to exceed revenue, pipeline, and operational KPIs, and goals for client success and business growth.
• Collaborate with the VP of Partnerships, SVP of Revenue of Operations, and cross functional teams to maximize client success.
• Provide strategic leadership and operational support to build scalable sales processes and continuously refine workflows to drive efficiency and conversion rates.
• Manage client performance expectations and align team execution with key account strategies.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent, ensuring strong succession planning.
