The Maintenance Company (TMC) is a 20-year-old, full-service home maintenance concierge and light remodeling company serving the Nashville area. We help homeowners protect, maintain, and improve their homes through proactive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and remodeling projects.

Our clients trust us because we make homeownership easier. From changing a light fixture to coordinating a kitchen remodel, we strive to be the first call for anything around the home.

We're looking for a Manager of Customer Success who thrives on organization, follow-through, and building relationships—someone who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between our clients and our field team.

About the Role

As Manager of Customer Success, you'll be the hub between our clients, our field team, and our systems. You'll own our CRM, manage customer and job intake, and make sure every opportunity our technicians identify in the field turns into a scheduled, estimated, and completed job.

When a technician spots a repair opportunity inside a client's home, you're the one who makes sure it gets estimated, communicated to the client, approved, and scheduled. You'll keep clients informed, keep the field team supported, and keep our pipeline moving.

This role is perfect for someone who loves systems and people in equal measure—and who understands (or wants to learn) how a field service business runs day to day.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include

• Own and maintain our CRM: data quality, pipeline stages, and reporting
• Manage customer and job intake from first call through scheduling
• Coordinate and follow through on estimates generated by the field team
• Communicate estimates, timelines, and updates to clients promptly and professionally
• Support field technicians and Service Managers with scheduling, information, and client coordination
• Track open opportunities and drive them to resolution—nothing falls through the cracks
• Build and improve intake, estimating, and follow-up processes as we grow
• Serve as a consistent, friendly point of contact for our clients
• Identify ways to improve the client experience and share them with leadership
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is

• Experienced with CRM systems and comfortable owning one end-to-end
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
• An excellent communicator by phone, email, and text
• Customer-focused and service-minded
• Comfortable coordinating between office, field, and clients
• Proficient with modern software and quick to learn new tools

Experience in construction, home services, or another field service business is a strong plus.
