IT Supervisor, Field Services (Bilingual)

Hybrid in Nashville, TN with travel

Hourly rate: $48-52hr.

Qualifications

This person must have previous experience leading Field Support or End User Support teams in a Microsoft Windows environment. This role requires a valid passport and the ability to travel to their 6 facilities across US in addition to two trips to South America per year.

Job Description

Oversees 3 to 4 Field Technicians across North America while supporting technology operations across 4 manufacturing sites in South America.

Technologies/Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Previous experience leading or supervising Field Support or End User Support teams
• Experience supporting technology in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience supporting multiple locations and distributed teams
• Vendor management and escalation experience
