Senior Data Architect
We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to join a project team that will be designing new workflows and business processes to optimize and simplify collaboration between Stantec Project Managers and Project Accountants (aka PM2PA). This will involve enhancing and integrating several existing applications [and possibly building new applications] and their databases with a focus on the on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) database and potentially integration with Oracle Cloud services in the future.
In this senior-level role, you will drive the strategic data architecture for the PM2PA application.
You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the PM2PA data environment - including integration points with our on-premises Oracle EBS system, multiple custom applications and various data sources (including the Stantec Data Store (SDS), a centralized data store with the ability to serve EBS data to consuming applications, and replicate updates back into EBS from those applications).
As a key technical leader, the Senior Data Architect will collaborate with a cross-functional team to align data solutions with PM2PA business objectives, and act as a strategic advisor on leveraging Oracle EBS, various data repositories (e.g., SDS) and potentially cloud technologies to meet the needs of this strategic project.
This role requires both deep technical expertise and strong leadership to guide the enterprise through complex data challenges.
