Position Overview

Applicants must have entertainment experience and reside in Nashville, TN. We are seeking a creative and detail‐driven Graphic Designer to produce high-impact visual assets – from album covers and social media graphics to merchandise, graphic novel layouts, and marketing campaigns – that bring our “Tech Grit” aesthetic and “Rock Heritage” to life.

This highly collaborative role blends artistic instinct with design precision and requires strong layout skills, a distinct visual viewpoint, and the flexibility to adapt across formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Execution: Design and produce high-impact visuals across a range of entertainment and media formats, including album covers, film and TV key art, social content, tour posters, digital ads, print layouts, and merchandise.
• Editorial & Packaging Design: Collaborate on editorial layouts for magazines and collectible editions, as well as physical and digital packaging for music, graphic novels, and multimedia products.
• Visual Storytelling: Help shape the visual language of our brands by crafting artwork that supports narrative, mood, and cultural tone across platforms.
• Brand Integrity: Maintain visual consistency across all creative outputs while experimenting with fresh, edgy, and genre-pushing aesthetics that reflect our rock and alternative DNA.
• Multitasking & Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality or attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, editors, marketers, and production teams to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, and formats across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in music, fashion, or entertainment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a bold, distinctive style, especially aligned with music or subculture aesthetics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with layout, typography, and print production.
• Reside in or near Nashville, TN.
