Client Advisor – Sales & Customer Experience (Guaranteed Base Pay + Flat Bonuses)

We are looking for people with great personality, empathy, and communication skills. We can teach you everything you need to know about cars and financing—we just need you to bring the energy and customer service mindset.

Who We Are Looking For

You do not need car sales experience. In fact, some of our best team members came from:

• Hospitality / Restaurant / Bartending
• Retail Management or Wireless Sales (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile)
• Hotel Front Desk / Guest Services
• Customer Service / Account Management

Qualifications

• Outstanding listening and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook Marketplace.
• Comfortable learning basic computer software for paperwork and inventory.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude.
