Sr. Product Designer

At VMware, we are looking for an experienced and creative Sr. Product Designer to join our team and help us create impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, a passion for both design and technology, and a proven track record of success.

The Sr. Product Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality work and collaborating with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure the design and development process is cohesive and efficient.

This individual should have a comprehensive understanding of user interface and user experience design, must be able to work with complex, ever-evolving products, and should consistently strive to meet the highest standards of product development.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Expertise in design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Invision, and other similar software
• Experience in designing across multiple platforms such as mobile, web, and desktop
• Strong understanding of user interface, usability, and accessibility standards
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
