Senior Principal Architect - Snowflake

Overview

Join us as a Senior Principal Solution Architect in a critical leadership role that combines hands-on delivery accountability with high-level strategic influence. You will ensure that our solutions are not only expertly designed but also effectively implemented within client environments.

This trusted advisor position takes ownership of the end-to-end solution lifecycle—from pre-sales through implementation—while driving technical excellence, client value, and significant business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Client Leadership & Solution Strategy: Act as a strategic advisor, aligning technical solutions with business objectives and long-term vision. Lead complex solution design across diverse clients or industries while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Pre Sales & Solution Development: Spearhead technical pre-sales activities, from discovery to proposal development. Manage scoping, estimation, and cost modeling for large opportunities. Review proposals for technical integrity and feasibility.
• Delivery & Implementation Oversight: Oversee the transition from pre-sales to successful delivery. Provide continued leadership throughout implementation, ensuring solutions are both scalable and optimized to provide measurable client value.
• Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Share best practices and frameworks, serving as a domain expert while staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive process enhancements for improved client outcomes.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with internal teams to influence product direction while mentoring less experienced architects. Promote alignment and adherence to best practices.

Core Competencies

• Expertise in enterprise architecture and complex system design.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, data processing, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate technical value effectively.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Qualifications (Required)

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales and solution implementation roles.
• 10+ years in client-facing positions with executive engagement.
• 5+ years in data-driven marketing environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and migration strategies.
• Familiarity with clean room technologies and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Experience in real-time data processing architectures and AI/ML analytics solutions.
