Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices to proactively identify potential compliance risks and make recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all areas of the business, including finance, human resources, and operations.

Investigate and address any reported or suspected compliance violations, and develop corrective action plans as needed.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including training, audits, and investigations.

Communicate regularly with senior management and provide updates on compliance initiatives and any potential risks or issues.

Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors, and assist with any inspections or inquiries.
