Digital- Associate Product Manager

Are you an experienced digital product professional driven by creative problem-solving and the challenge of developing cutting-edge digital products? If so, PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking a Digital Associate Product Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering digital products that bring value to the company and our clients.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital product development and management, as well as a passion for innovation. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.

The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in digital product management.

You must also have experience with web-based technologies and mobile-first product design. A background in data analysis and product analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop digital products that bring value to the company and our clients.

Remain up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies related to digital product development and management.

Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any issues related to digital products.

Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for digital products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Create product documentation and user training materials.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported product issues.

Support customer inquiries and provide technical assistance.

Ensure product compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
