Marketing Campaign Manager, Demand Generation

Act On is looking for a results driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on performance marketer with experience across paid media, marketing automation, web conversion, and campaign analytics. You are comfortable building campaigns, managing marketing technology, analyzing performance, and continuously improving results across the buyer journey.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, content syndication, partner marketing, marketing automation, and web conversion programs
• Manage campaign execution from planning through launch, QA, reporting, optimization, and performance analysis
• Manage paid media budgets, syndication vendors, and partner programs to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline, and ROI
• Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion experiences in WordPress and Act-On’s marketing automation platform
• Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate campaign attribution, Salesforce reporting, lead management, and pipeline measurement
• Build audience segmentation, campaign workflows, forms, lead capture and routing in Act-On’s marketing automation platform
• Execute A/B testing across ads, landing pages, forms, messaging, and conversion paths
• Coordinate campaign execution across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, agencies, and external partners
• Support webinar and digital event campaigns as part of broader integrated demand generation programs

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, performance marketing, or integrated campaign management
• Proven success managing multi channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
• Hands on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and digital acquisition programs
• Experience working with content syndication, partner marketing, or pay per lead programs
• Experience building landing pages, forms, and conversion experiences in WordPress or a similar CMS
• Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Act On, Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua
• Experience using Salesforce for campaign reporting, attribution, lead management, and pipeline analysis
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, optimizing conversion rates, and reporting business impact
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills with a hands on, execution focused mindset

Compensation

The anticipated compensation for this position will be $100,000 - $115,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on a combination of factors, including the selected candidate’s skills, experience as well as internal and external equity.
