We are currently seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our dynamic and creative team. As a Senior Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand voice and messaging across all channels.

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual who is passionate about the outdoors and can bring our brand to life through captivating and compelling copy. If you have a strong portfolio, exceptional writing skills, and a love for all things outdoors, we would love to hear from you!

Develop and maintain the overall brand voice and messaging for Columbia Sportswear across all channels, including but not limited to: website, social media, advertising, product descriptions, and packaging.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the brand's overall strategy and vision.

Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor messaging, and target audience to ensure the brand's voice is relevant and resonates with consumers.

Write and edit compelling and engaging copy that effectively communicates the brand's key messages and resonates with the target audience.

Brainstorm and pitch new ideas for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.

Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in tone and messaging.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure all copy aligns with brand and product strategies.

Serve as a mentor and resource for junior copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to help develop their skills.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, language, and best practices to continually improve and elevate the brand's copywriting.
