About the Role

This is an in-office position, working closely under the Office Manager’s supervision. The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is responsible for managing and executing daily billing and payment processing activities across all the brand locations. This position ensures accuracy in financial transactions and supports the company's commitment to timely and transparent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Order entry into ServiceCore, including new account set up, and revisions to existing orders.
• Complete daily billing processes accurately for assigned customer accounts.
• Greet and assist in-person customers with account payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts.
• Collect on past due accounts, following established collection protocols.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing and payment transactions.
• Other activities as required to support our customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business is preferred.
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.
• Efficient time management skills and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full time

Work Location: Fully Onsite

Pay: $23 - $25 per hour
