The Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on the responsibilities of recruiting with specialized skills that focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates throughout the organization. This position requires a background in strategic recruiting, and talent mapping, as well as expertise in analysis and reporting, along with effective AI and technology strategies.

This position will require a focused professional that understands that talent acquisition is more than just filling open positions; it's about strategically building a pipeline of talent to meet current and future workforce needs.

• Mentor hiring managers, providing guidance on interview questions and identifying both required expertise and soft skills.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Stay up to date on compensation trends.
• Maintain accurate records that can be used to create talent analytics
• Build positive relationships with University / Colleges focused on career development initiatives for students.
• Develop and Lead Intern Programs.
• Contribute to strong pipeline generation and make informed candidate recommendations. Actively build the talent pool.
• Manage and monitor AI strategies and job board relationships.
• Organize and participate in various career fairs while building relationships
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Be a key player in building a culture that promotes opportunities and career paths for our employees as the company grows
• Strong organizational and time management skills
