Evelyn & Bobbie is looking for a sharp, fast, digitally-native designer to join our growing creative team. This is a production-forward role built for someone who thrives on output — who can take a clear brief and turn it into beautiful, on-brand creative quickly and consistently across email, paid social, and digital assets.

You’ll work closely with our Digital Art Director who will provide creative direction, channel strategy, and feedback. Your job is to execute that direction with speed, care, and strong digital instincts. You understand why mobile-first matters, what makes an email scroll, and what stops someone mid-feed — and you bring that awareness to every asset you make.

This is a great role for someone 2–4 years into their career who wants to grow inside a DTC brand that’s moving fast and building something meaningful.

What You'll Do

Digital Asset Production

Design on-brand digital assets across email, SMS, paid social (Meta, TikTok), and the ecommerce storefront — consistently and at volume.
Execute email campaigns from brief to file handoff: layout, imagery integration, copy placement, mobile optimization, and QA.
Produce paid social creative variants — adapting concepts across formats, sizes, and platforms with an eye for what performs.
Support site creative needs: homepage banners, landing page mocks, PDP imagery direction, and promotional assets.
Design wholesale and retail collateral as needed: sell sheets, trade tools, partner-facing brand materials.

Brand & Quality

Apply brand guidelines consistently across all output — typography, color, hierarchy, and tone — without needing constant oversight.
Utilize mobile-first design principles as a default, not an afterthought.
Deliver production-ready files that are organized, named correctly, and formatted per channel spec.
Occasional photo retouching and color correction as needed.

Collaboration & Curiosity

Work closely with the Digital Art Director or creative lead to receive direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly.
Stay curious about what’s working — pay attention to performance results shared by the Lifecycle and Performance teams and let that inform your design choices.
Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Site Marketing Manager to understand channel needs and deliver assets that serve their goals.
Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously and pivoting when priorities shift.

Who You Are

2–4 years of digital design experience, ideally within DTC ecommerce, a performance marketing agency, or a fast-moving consumer brand.
A strong portfolio of email and paid social creative that demonstrates clean design, mobile-first thinking, and an understanding of conversion.
Proficient in Figma and Photoshop; Illustrator and InDesign familiarity a plus.
Fast — you can produce quality work at volume without sacrificing craft.
Detail-oriented: file organization, naming conventions, and pixel-level accuracy matter to you.
Receptive to feedback and able to incorporate direction without ego.
Genuinely interested in digital trends — you notice what brands are doing on TikTok, in email, and in paid, and you think about why it works.
A self-starter who can manage their own queue and flag blockers proactively.
Experience in intimates, apparel, or premium lifestyle brands a plus — but hunger to learn the category is equally valued.

Nice to Have

Video editing or motion design skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce CMS platforms.
Experience designing for or within a paid media creative testing environment.
UGC-adjacent creative sensibility — an understanding of what feels native vs. produced on social.
