Server/Waiter/Waitress

Our servers are the face of the IHOP brand so those with a knack for a smile on their face and a genuine care for the wellbeing of our guests will excel at this position.

As a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will have the opportunity to lead our guests through their IHOP experience with top-notch service, menu knowledge, and the highest level of hospitality.

Other Duties Include

Expediting all orders

Comply with standards regarding guest checks and cash control.

Handle guest complaints, always looking to resolve problems quickly.

Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service and dining areas.

Perform cleaning duties, such as helping to clear and set tables.

A qualified applicant believes in showing up to work on time, well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work! They must work well with others, be self-motivated, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

Must have good communication skills, able to lift 5-15 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, and occasionally use motion which entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
