West Hills Montessori School
is seeking candidates to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year as an Elementary Classroom Assistant! WHMS was founded in 1968 with the mission to deliver the highest quality Montessori education with a community focus. More than 50 years later, we are continuing to grow and learn through our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
The Classroom Assistant is an essential member of the community. Candidates will preferably have their AMI Elementary Diploma or Montessori experience and at least one year of work with children ages 6-9 years old, a love of working with children, a patient disposition and a positive demeanor. The candidate must also exhibit teamwork, punctuality, enthusiasm, and a flexible attitude.

Salary is commensurate to relevant early childhood and/or Montessori classroom experience.
