The Role

As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient cooking station
• Working collaboratively with your kitchen team to manage high-volume orders during peak times
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times
• Communicating effectively with team members to keep service running smoothly
• Adapting quickly to festival demands and supporting other kitchen areas as needed
• Event Details: Thursday, July 30 through Sunday, August
• 2. Shifts vary and run from 3 PM to 1 AM. This is a temporary position for the festival weekend.
