The Finance Director serves as the organization’s senior financial position, providing leadership and oversight in matters pertaining to financial sustainability. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of CCO and is a strategic partner with the CEO and Executive Team.
This position is the primary communicator with the Treasurer, as well as the primary liaison with the Finance Committee of the Board. The Director has a shared responsibility for the organization’s financial management and strategy.
They are responsible for directing, implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, preparation of budgets, development of financial and performance reports, internal controls, management of external audit activities, and directs activities related to financial strategy, reporting, planning and forecasting.
