Oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and room service.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and increase revenue.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity.

Create and maintain menus, ensuring they are in line with current industry trends and hotel standards.

Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies and controlling costs.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Plan and execute events, such as banquets and conferences, ensuring high-quality food and service.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

Stay updated on industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvements and new initiatives.

Prepare and present reports to management on food and beverage operations, including sales, expenses, and guest satisfaction.

Uphold the hotel's brand standards and ensure all team members are adhering to them.
