Hilton is looking for a Dinner Server/ Bartender to join their amazing team!

Part-Time: Friday, Saturday and Sunday + potential to pick up other shifts

The position pays $16.80 + Tips

The Position

Service of food and/or beverage to include the order taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items. Setting up and taking down of the morning breakfast buffet, ensuring buffet items remain well stocked. Maintain the safety and appearance of the buffet area and cleaning the area in preparation for the next day. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely and professional manner.

Duties

• Set up and break down morning breakfast buffet
• Provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for the guests
• Ensure all buffet items remain well-stocked throughout the morning
• Maintain the safety and appearance of the buffet area
• Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain the buffet
• Record the details of the order from the guests
• Input the order in the POS system
• Retrieve and deliver order, checking for accuracy.
• Handle guest complaints using diplomacy
• Present the check to the guest
• Help in the kitchen with stocking and cleaning
• Help with the washing of dishes
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

Prior customer service, serving, bartending and hospitality experience preferred.
