KEEN
The Director, North America (NA) Wholesale Marketing defines and leads wholesale marketing strategies that support product and business objectives. This role serves as the voice of the fan and the brand across all wholesale consumer touchpoints, setting the strategic direction for engagement across partners.
The Director leads a multi-layered functional team, driving a disciplined focus on engaging, fostering, and retaining customers within wholesale channels to increase the lifetime value of the fanbase and deliver measurable impact on both sell-in and sell-thru performance.
The role aligns cross-functional stakeholders and translates enterprise priorities into scalable wholesale strategies, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and long-term growth across markets.

Travel Required: Yes, up to 30% of the time.
Base Salary: $170,000 - $180,000
This range represents the low and high ends of this position's anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
