Rapid Growth Marketing is hiring a Junior Sales Team Lead in Portland — a management trainee role for someone ready to step into leadership, coach a team, and make a real impact from day one.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily in-store sales operations and set the standard for your team
• Coach and develop team members in real time to sharpen their skills and hit goals
• Hold yourself and your team accountable to daily and weekly performance targets
• Manage schedules, staffing, and store performance metrics
• Report results and team insights to senior leadership regularly

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or team leadership — management background preferred
• A natural leader who brings energy, sets the tone, and motivates others
• Strong communicator who's equally effective one-on-one and with a group
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner and act on results
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
