Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in design Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and Google Slides Multi-disciplinary design portfolio Experienced in designing across platforms, from digital and print to experiential media Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing workloads to meet tight deadlines Proven ability to take projects from concept through final design execution Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to communicate creative concepts and apply solutions to business challenges Collaborates effectively to iterate on and evolve concepts through constructive feedback Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic, operating from a place of “yes” Bachelor's Degree preferred Compensation + Benefits We value all of our employees and are happy to provide comprehensive benefits to help support them holistically in the best way we can.

• The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc.
