The Role

A civil engineering position with real exposure across all phases of project delivery on a varied portfolio. A strong fit for someone who wants to grow within a firm that takes people development seriously, not just project output.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and technical reports
• Site grading, drainage and utility design, and erosion control
• Permitting, agency coordination, and tracking permit requirements throughout project lifecycles
• Support construction administration through site visits, meetings, and inspections

Required Qualifications

• Oregon PE license or EIT with ability to obtain PE within six months
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent)3+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
• Proficiency in Auto
• CAD Civil 3DStrong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with internal teams, clients, and agency staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with design standards and permitting in the Portland metro or SW Washington areas
• Understanding of the land use entitlement process
• Experience with Vehicle Tracking, Arc
• GIS, and Bluebeam
• CESCL certification
• Experience designing LID features on public and private projects
• Compensation$80,000 to $125,000 depending on experience
