Prime Staffing is seeking a travel Pharmacist Senior for a travel job in Portland, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Candidates must have EPIC experience and Cerner preferred within the last 5 years. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used. No RTO is allowed. The listed start date is firm.

Education and Work Experience

• Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
• Two years' technical experience: Preferred
• Two year's experience as a clinical pharmacist specializing in a regulatory area: Preferred
• One year's hospital pharmacy experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
• All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
