Alta is looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Portland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who believes in the importance of active, multimodal, and sustainable transportation.
In this role, you will work on the design of a variety of sustainable transportation projects and work on projects focused on making a positive impact on communities around the Pacific Northwest and across the country.

Day to Day
Our Senior Civil Engineering PM will be involved in helping foster livable communities in all parts of the country. Projects would range from natural surface trails to large arterial multi use paths; from Complete Streets to regional/multi-state bicycle and trail networks.

Flexible Schedule
Alta offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule where most employees work from home three days per week. In-office days support our collaborative culture, one of our core values.
Our office is located in the heart of Downtown Portland and features sweeping views of Mt. Hood and the Willamette River. It has excellent transit access and is an easy walk to Tom McCall Waterfront Park, Pioneer Place, Keller Auditorium, and many great restaurants and food carts.
The pay range for this job in Portland is $140,000-$170,000 annually. Placement within the range is based upon experience, skill-sets, and qualifications.
