Business Development Manager

A business development manager is essential for driving business growth and identifying new business opportunities. This dynamic role involves fostering long-term relationships with prospective clients, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing growth strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Job Accountabilities & Key Results Area·      Grow the company business through focusing on increasing brand awareness, bringing new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts. ·      Follow up Client’s requirements through the frequent visits to them in assigned weekly meeting schedule with each client to make sure that all committed terms are implemented.·      Do the required support to B&P Service operation to ensure that Business Load is covering their monthly demand & target sales achievement. ·      Finalizing the repair agreements with the new clients, creating & opening the credit account for them to ensure that the invoicing process is going smoothly by the client specific credit account code to collect company money by correct & proper way & time.·      Taking a lead role in developing and continuously improving the BP and Customer related business processes.

Meet Mega performance and guidelines.·      Develop/ Support Projects and Programs for Continuous Process Improvement to meet insurance Company/manufacturers performance and operational guidelines.·      Ensure highly Satisfied Mega Guest by developing a Guest Centric team & by achieving Operational Excellence in the Front/ Back Office & working with other Departments in the Center.·      Executes the Body & paint marketing plans and monitors the competitor’s activities to increase market share.·      The supervision of the personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and targets in a performance driven learning culture & have succession planning in place for critical positions·      Conduct weekly analysis of key performance indicators (Sales Points reports, efficiency, etc.).·      Conduct teleconference or field visit to ensure proper implementation of a given development activity.
