Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT. This role oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

The manager leads and coaches the store team to provide excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and promote Magnum Bikes’ products and brand values. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, managing point-of-sale activities, handling customer concerns, and monitoring store security and loss prevention practices.

The Retail Store Manager also analyzes sales metrics, prepares basic reports, and collaborates with leadership to execute promotions and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating positive in-store experiences.
• Demonstrated Store Management abilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, and maintaining operational standards.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic store security procedures.
• Experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments; bicycle or outdoor industry experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is beneficial.
